this is the second time its happened, but this time i got to actually WATCH it happen

anyway im going to avoid that topic from now on so if you dont want to hear a random southerner ramble about tech shit for a while i suggest you get outta here

i had the foresight to stick a small pc repairkit type linux distro (at least, im pretty sure thats what its for) onto a usb stick so that i would actually have a computer to use this time around

theres probably an option better than fossapup but whatever, given the way that puppy linux was designed though it was actually very easy to get this set up and running

and now i essentially have a working, customizable computer contained entirely within my flash drive lol.

i can just boot it on my school laptop or like any other working computer actually

but my school laptop especially because its native os, windows, has got some shitty restrictions stuck on it by the admins and i have like no freedom

i took the wallpaper from some funny tumblr blog i used to grab reaction images from i dont care if youre gonna judge me for this

i can delete the spyware stuff from the laptop dont test me

i could literally just swipe windows right off of this thing i think that would be really funny

i want to mess with their spyware so bad but theyll find out and get so mad at me FUCK

speaking of windows ive got funkin mods workin on it too and if they crash i can just dump them into windows and play with it from there because most of them are executables, you know like the .exe files and all that

cant download them from windows because of the restrictions but thats not stopping me from running anything i put into a folder ahaha

the reason why it might crash on puppy but not on windows is probably because of the way puppy runs mostly from ram

it took me a while to get wine to work because puppy is sorta weird but i got it

my taskbar customization is a little bit different in this picture here but you get it

anyway thats what ive been doing while i disappeared, just wanted to talk about it

p.s. no, the laptop does not have a touchscreen, looks like i wont have the opportunity to do digital art for a dang while but i guess i could still code lol
